耐切割輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送帶輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送偏斜之(zhi)(zhi)原因(yin)(yin)大致可(ke)分為支持(chi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送帶之(zhi)(zhi)機械組件及輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送帶等形成之(zhi)(zhi)原因(yin)(yin)促成:
皮帶輸送(song)機(ji)的構(gou)(gou)架(jia)不(bu)直、構(gou)(gou)架(jia)水平不(bu)良,連接頭尾輸送(song)齒(chi)輪之構(gou)(gou)架(jia)須平直,同(tong)時構(gou)(gou)架(jia)須左右水平一致;
托(tuo)輥(gun)表(biao)面(mian)物(wu)料(liao)堆積造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)托(tuo)輥(gun)轉動不良(liang),或(huo)(huo)托(tuo)輥(gun)表(biao)面(mian)黏(nian)有物(wu)料(liao),灰(hui)塵或(huo)(huo)積料(liao)會造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)輸送齒輪(lun)表(biao)面(mian)之(zhi)不平(ping)整(zheng)或(huo)(huo)偏心(xin),而偏斜(xie)即可能產生(sheng);
輸送(song)機(ji)各種零件之安(an)裝其位置須正確,承載及回程托輥(gun)支架之各種固定螺栓(shuan)不(bu)可松動(dong);
如果輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)托輥轉動之中心線(xian)與輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)機之中心線(xian)不一(yi)致及立(li)即可以(yi)造成輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)帶之偏斜(xie)。如果輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)托輥受不正常(chang)之外力而(er)變形(xing)或是(shi)軸彎曲即可造成皮(pi)帶輪偏心,同時(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)帶也因而(er)可能(neng)偏斜(xie)。
如果(guo)螺旋(xuan)拉緊裝置(zhi)調(diao)整不當或是重力(li)拉緊裝置(zhi)之運轉不順(shun)均可能產生偏斜;同時(shi),裙板(ban)、清潔(jie)器等滑(hua)動裝置(zhi)若調(diao)整不當亦會(hui)產生偏斜。
